Streszczenie
Celem opracowania jest zbadanie, czy konsekwentne wszczynanie przez sądy opiekuńcze postępowań w trybie art. 109 k.r.o. w każdym przypadku zagrożenia dobra dziecka na skutek sharentingu jest odpowiednim sposobem przeciwdziałania temu zjawisku i związanym z nim niebezpieczeństwom dla najmłodszych. Ponadto zweryfikowano, czy tożsamy skutek byłby możliwy do osiągnięcia poprzez odpowiednią edukację społeczeństwa na temat zagrożeń wiążących się z analizowanym trendem. W opracowaniu zwrócono przy tym uwagę na skalę zjawiska sharentingu w Polsce, brak świadomości rodziców na temat wynikających z niego zagrożeń dla dzieci oraz znikomy odbiór społeczny realizowanych przez instytucje publiczne kampanii mających na celu uświadamianie owych zagrożeń.

Summary
The aim of the study is to examine whether the consistent initiation of proceedings by guardianship courts under Art. 109 k.r.o. in every case of a threat to the child's good as a result of sharenting, is an appropriate way to counteract this phenomenon and the associated dangers for the youngest. Moreover, it was verified whether the same effect would be possible to achieve through appropriate public education about the threats associated with the analyzed trend. The study also drew attention to the scale of the sharenting phenomenon in Poland, the lack of parents' awareness of the resulting threats to children, and the poor social reception of campaigns carried out by public institutions to raise awareness of these threats.
