Streszczenie

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono problematykę wpływu szkoleń oraz wsparcia psychologicznego na poczucie bezpieczeństwa wśród funkcjonariuszy Służby Więziennej. Zwrócono w nim uwagę na szkolenia z zakresu wsparcia psychologicznego oraz warsztatów antystresowych i zapobiegających wypaleniu zawodowemu. Omówiono także wyniki badania dotyczącego poczucia bezpieczeństwa deklarowanego przez funkcjonariuszy Służy Więziennej oraz kwestię potrzeby szkoleń w przedmiotowym zakresie. Publikacja ta ma na celu wskazanie odczuć funkcjonariuszy, a wnioski z badań mogą stanowić podstawę do dalszych, pogłębionych analiz dotyczących szkoleń w Służbie Więziennej.

The issue of psychological support of penitentiary staff – conclusions from the research

Summary

This article presents the issue of the influence of trainings and psychological support on the sense of security among prison officers. In this publication attention was drawn to trainings in the field of psychological support, anti-stress and anti-burnout workshops. The research results, regarding declared sense of security of prison officers and the need of training in this regard, were also discussed. This publication is intended to indicate subjective feelings of prison officers and research conclusions could be the basis of further in-depth analysis regarding trainings carrying out in Prison Service.
