Streszczenie

Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania jest problematyka pełnej kontroli osobistej osób osadzonych. Orzecznictwo Europejskiego Trybunału Praw Człowieka niejednokrotnie pochylało się nad sytuacją osób osadzonych poddanych kontroli, wskazując równocześnie na kryteria dokonania kontroli osobistej tak, aby dokonywano jej w sposób najmniej dolegliwy dla osadzonych.

The issue of personal control of prisoners in the light of the case law of the European Court of Human Rights

Summary

The subject of this study is the problem of full personal control of prisoners. The jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights has often bent over the situation of detainees subjected to control, indicating at the same time the criteria for making a personal check so as to be performed in the least injurious manner to the prisoners.
