Kwestia ograniczenia wolności uzewnętrzniania religii przez więźniów została podjęta w wyroku ETPCz Korostelev przeciwko Rosji; stwierdzono w nim naruszenie art. 9 konwencji. W opracowaniu wskazano szersze znaczenie tego wyroku w kontekście europejskich standardów ochrony wolności religijnej.

Summary
The issue of limitations the freedom to manifest religion by prisoners was raised in the judgment of the ECtHR Korostelev v. Russia; it found a violation of Art. 9 of the Convention. The study indicates the broader meaning of this judgment in the context of European standards for the protection of religious freedom.
